Coaching is a guided experience encouraging you to move from where you are to where you want to be. The intentional conversations help you become self-aware, which opens the door for lasting transformation. In coaching, the belief is that you have the answers needed for forward movement. It's my job to come alongside you to help you draw those answers out through focused listening and questioning.
A coaching session beings with an outcome or topic you would like to explore. After exploring or creating options, there comes a point where a specific focus or intention becomes clear. This is what you need to accomplish or to achieve to move forward. From here, an action plan is developed. I will ask questions to help identify the best course of action, but the plan is ultimately determined by you. Finally, some form of accountability is established.
