  • Overcoming Obstacles: Develop an "Action Brainstorm" to identify habits that help or hinder you, and outline strategies to overcome any challenge.
  • Planning & Persistence: Create a detailed action plan with realistic deadlines, milestones, and tracking tools to keep you motivated.
  • Stay Motivated, Celebrate and Create Next Steps: Learn how to stay motivated and the importance of celebration.


This five week webinar will be taught virtually on Thursdays

from January 29th-February 26th at 12-12:30pm, MST.
