I have always been fascinated with people and intrigued by why they do what they do. I'm a midwest gal who loves to travel and see what the world has to offer. Athletics have been a huge part of my life and have shaped me into the person I am today. While in college, I competed in the pole vault (yes, one of those crazy people!) and earned my undergraduate degree in Sports Management and my masters in College Counseling and Student Development. I then found myself at The University of Alabama working to help athletes pursue their educational goals. I switched careers to serve as a spiritual mentor to college and professional athletes. I have always felt it an honor and a privilege to walk alongside others and help them embrace the uniqueness and beauty of who they are.

Having lived in the north, south, east and west, I tended to adapt to my surroundings and slowly began to wonder, against which backdrop was my true self. It wasn't until I began to embrace my uniqueness (having gone through many of the tools and assessments I utilize in my coaching practice), that I was able to live in the freedom of being me.

My passion is to encourage people to be who they were created to be. I have spoken at the USTFCCCA Convention, and have worked with professional athletes and college athletic administrations. With my certification and training in Enneagram Coaching, CoreClarity and Life Coaching, I not only get to help people embrace their own uniqueness, but to help people understand and appreciate others as well.

"If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured or far away."

-Henry David Thoreau
